Organizational Engagement and Communication Strategy

This strategic document was developed as part of my community service learning for a large fintech with the goal of helping its employees stay up to date on product changes in order to provide a better customer experience for their clients. 

The report contains a needs assessment, alignment to the organization's mission, visions, and goals, metrics for successfully measuring engagement, segments of employees based on their different levels of required understanding, performance gaps, and a fully-integrated strategy and plan for improving engagement with and retention of the materials. 

The plan is complete with concepts, theories of motivation and engagement, facilitation instructions, procedures, principles, formative and summative evaluation strategies, and training materials.
